With over 20 years as a senior executive in Dubai’s real estate sector, our Founder, Lynnette Sacchetto, witnessed the challenges of fragmented, manual property transaction processes and the absence of regulated digital escrow services. Essential real estate services were scattered across multiple providers, causing inefficiencies and delays for investors and sellers.
Driven to address these pain points, Lynnette leveraged her extensive expertise in PropTech, shaped by years of partnerships with the Dubai government, to digitize and simplify the real estate transaction journey. A Harvard alumna and authority in UAE real estate, she founded RealTrust to deliver a seamless, secure, and efficient experience.

Lynnette is a pioneer in PropTech and Big Data in the UAE, she advises governments, developers, financial institutions, and the private sector across the Middle East, shaping the future of real estate with her expertise and innovative vision.

Majdel Musa
Director of Operations and Legal
Majdel is a US-educated and licensed attorney with over 20 years of experience as a real estate legal expert. A former employee of the Dubai Land Department, she serves as a legal advisor to RERA and is an experienced instructor, delivering broker licensing courses for Dubai (RERA) and Abu Dhabi (ADREC). Majdel also specializes in teaching anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and Dubai legal essentials for the real estate sector.
