Majdel Musa, JD
Majdel is a US-educated and licensed attorney with over 20 years of experience as a real estate legal expert. A former employee of the Dubai Land Department, she serves as a legal advisor to RERA and is an experienced instructor, delivering broker licensing courses for Dubai (RERA) and Abu Dhabi (ADREC). Majdel also specializes in teaching anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and Dubai legal essentials for the real estate sector.

Tanvir Shah
Harvard alumnus and seasoned finance expert with over 30 years in Dubai’s financial sector, Tanvir serves as an instructor at Harvard University (USA) and as an Investment Committee Member for the Mohamed Bin Rashid Innovation Fund under the UAE Ministry of Finance. His expertise spans finance, innovation, and strategic investment in the region.
